2010 Black Out
PC basketball fans are encouraged to Black Out The Cave on Wednesday, Febrauary 3 when the Lions play host to non-conference foe Warren-Wilson College with tip off set for 7:00.
Demorest, GA -- As part of its continued 2009-10 home game promotions, the Piedmont College men's basketball team is encouraging fans to Black Out The Cave in the squad's non-conference home contest with visiting Warren-Wilson College with tip-off set for 7:00 on Wednesday, February 3 in the Johnny Mize Athletic Center.

In addition to the Black Out, the night also features Business Appreciation Night sponsored by the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce.  Before and during the game, over 40 local businesses will be on display in the Mize Center lobby issuing information and goodies about their businesses.

At halftime, the Habersham Central High School drum line will perform a drum routine to spark up the crowd.

To honor the promotion, the men's basketball team will be wearing their neutral location black uniforms instead of their usual home whites.

For fans not able to participate in the Black Out, they can still tune into the action as WCON 99.3 FM of Cornelia will be broadcasting the game through the play-by-play voice of David Foster.

The promotion is part of the team's 2009-2010 home game promotions that are encouraged to make Cave Arena a fun and exciting NCAA college basketball experience for the Piedmont College and Habersham county communities.
