Men's Tennis Eliminated From GSAC Tournament

The #3 Lions were eliminated from the quarterfinals of the 2009 GSAC Tournament by #2Huntingdon College 5-0.
Macon, GA -- In the quarterfinals of the 2009 Great South Athletic Conference Tournament the #3 seeded Piedmont College men's tennis team fell to #2 Huntingdon College 5-0 this afternoon in Macon, GA. The Lions could only muster four point in the three doubles matches and dropped both singles matches to be eliminated.
The Hawks will advance to take on top-seeded Maryville College in the championship match. The Lions wrap up the 2009 season with an overall record of 1-10.
