Lady Lions Fall To Visiting Maryville 7-2

Tyler Baldonado led the Lady Lions picking up a straight set victory at #3 singles in the squad's 7-2 loss to Maryville this afternoon at Burgen Tennis Courts.
In the fourth Great South Athletic Conference match of the season the Piedmont College women's tennis team fell to visiting Maryville College by the score of 7-2 this afternoon at Burgen Tennis Courts. The loss extends the Lady Lions' winless streak to six matches to start the season.
Tyler Baldonado led the squad picking up the lone point at #3 singles and paired up with Jennifer Granlund for an 8-1 victory at #2 doubles.
The Lady Lions will return to the court again on Saturday, March 28th as they host North Greenville University at Burgen Tennis Courts starting at 2:00.
