The Piedmont College women's tennis team traveled to Great South Athletic Conference host Spelman College in Atlanta, GA this afternoon and fell by the score of 6-3. The Jaguars picked up four of the six singles matches and two of the three doubles matches en route to the win.

JENNY SHANE and TYLER BALDONADO picked up three-set victories at #1 and #2 singles and the tandem of Baldonado and JENNIFER GRANLUND notched an 8-6 victory at #2 doubles.

The Lady Lions now stand at 0-4 overall and 0-3 in the Great South Athletic Conference. The team will look to rebound on Monday, March 23rd as they host Covenant College at Bergin Tennis Courts starting at 12:00.
