The new conference website boasts a new sleek design and features as the conference continues its partnership with SIDEARM Sports of Syracuse. The league's new logo was created by JL Designs in Holly Springs, NC.

Demorest, GA -- Piedmont College women's basketball head coach Jamie Purdy and her husband Ben are proud to announce the birth of their second child Jayci Bailey Purdy. Jayci was born on March 23rd, 2010 at 2:07 PM. She weighed 7 pounds and 9 ounces and measured 20 inches long.

Decatur, GA – The Piedmont College women’s basketball team had its hopes for its third NCAA Division III Tournament appearance in the past four years dashed with a 57-56 heart-breaking loss to top-seeded Maryville College this afternoon at the Great South Athletic Conference Tournament championship game hosted by Agnes Scott College. Maryville scored the game’s final six points to steal the title after PC led for the majority of the game.

Decatur, GA - Piedmont College women's basketball senior #Lisa Jennings# and sophomore #Amber Satterfield# each scored 14 points apiece in helping the Lady Lions to a win over LaGrange College this afternoon in the semifinals of the Great South Athletic Conference Championship Tournament. The win advances the third-seeded Lady Lions to tomorrow's conference title game against top-seeded Maryville College with tip-off set for 2:00 at Agnes Scott College.

Decatur, GA -- The Piedmont College men's and women's basketball teams are set to travel to Decatur, GA this weekend to take part in the Great South Athletic Conference Championship Tournament hosted by Agnes Scott College.  The weekend features the semifinals played on Friday and the conference title games slated for Saturday.
